The Ford Institute is looking for dedicated sales professionals to be part of an amazing enrollment team!  



  • Initiate outbound communication to prospective students by email and phone
  • Answer inbound communication from prospective students by email and phone
  • Communicate and cultivate relationships with new leads
  • Explain programs and offerings of The Ford Institute succinctly and effectively and answer questions regarding enrollment and courses
  • Share your own story of transformation and what is possible in this work
  • Give people an experience of this work as needed
  • Stand in the highest of every prospective student and evoke possibility
  • Offer a premium quality experience for each and every email or call
  • Utilize appropriate sales tactics and strategies
  • Ensure high client satisfaction at all times
  • Continuously hone, manage, and improve existing sales processes and systems
  • Ensure leads are followed-up on quickly and effectively
  • Maintain a computerized prospect database
  • Track and report regularly on volume of inquiries, leads, barriers to entry, etc.
  • Guide prospective students through the registration, application, admissions process
  • Attend some Ford Institute live events to create connection and establish relationships with participants
  • Monitor social media channels for prospective students and leads
  • Uphold core values of the company


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Graduate of The Ford Institute preferred
  • Highly disciplined, motivated, self-starter
  • Have a keen understanding of and passion for Integrative Coaching and The Ford Institute
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Stamina to speak over the phone with many people
  • Friendly, high energy, and approachable personality
  • Fluent in English: written and verbal
  • Adept with Gmail, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies and systems
  • Ability to respond quickly to challenges and to work under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work independently and with team
  • Preferred: Proven track record of closing sales



Compensation will start out commissions-based during a trial period
